craftsmanship you can feel

Simply put, a home built by WillowTree is a home meticulously crafted to a higher standard. From premium building materials and exceptional fit and finish to impeccable attention to even the smallest of details, true craftsmanship—in our belief—makes all the difference.

Modern living made smarter

Your custom luxury home can be as advanced as you want it to be. After we pre-wire your home based on your unique needs, our consultants will partner with you to create exactly what you envision. Your future home can be forward thinking in every detail, designed to the highest standards in home automation, immersive A/V experiences, smart security, energy-saving efficiency and health-centric living.

Your style, whatever it may be

Whether it’s Transitional or Contemporary to Mediterranean or Texas Modern, we have the expertise to help you realize nearly any rendition of home you can envision. For most of our projects, we partner with an accomplished and forward-thinking interior designer who’s not tied to any singular style. The results are dramatic, and always just what the homeowner envisioned.

We build landmarks

Everyone knows life is bigger in Texas, especially in Southlake where we built the city’s largest-ever private residence. Our client desired to live large, and we delivered with a stunning 40,000 square-foot custom luxury home showcasing an array of unique features—including a separate chef’s kitchen, state-of-the-art movie theater, bowling alley, batting cage, basketball court, indoor trampoline room and a one-acre, artificial turf ball field in the backyard.
