Jody and Travis were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the construction process. Jody's knowledge of the structural components associated with the open concept we desired was appreciated. He also helped with several adjustments in the master bath, kitchen island, and pantry that we made in the middle of the construction process. Travis was also very helpful with the details on plumbing, appliances, and hardware fixtures. As a team, we were impressed with their communication throughout the process. The house turned out great and we've been very pleased. We always get compliments when we have visitors and we attribute the details and custom features to WillowTree's expert team.

We moved into our new home located in a new subdivision called Oxford Place in December 2020. This home was built by WillowTree Custom Home Builders located at 1105 High Court Southlake,Tx. 76092. It’s a beautiful home and we absolutely love it. Everyone associated with WillowTree Builders are amazing folks who know how to give you customers service even after the check has been cashed. We had a few small issues left on our to do list and Thanks to Phil Matwijszyn it was handled with very few interruptions. He was so knowledgeable, polite, thoughtful and nothing but a professional. In my humble opinion WillowTree is very fortunate to have a person like Phil on their team. Travis Franks and I had several things that we both agreed to with nothing but a handshake as our bond. Travis fulfilled every one of our agreements without hesitation and I would use Willow Tree as my choice to build a home or a remodel if I ever have the opportunity in the future again. My husband Marc and I moved from Dallas to Southlake and wanted a brand new home. We moved during the pandemic which in and of itself was a challenge. We originally were going to build, but since it was during the pandemic and there was lots of unknowns, we happened upon a WillowTree home that had just been completed. We fell in love. It was the perfect floor plan for our family. Although we didn’t get to work with WillowTree building it from the ground up, there were a few things we wanted to change on our home to more fit our style. Travis and Phil made it happen. We told them what we wanted and they jumped on it right away and delivered. We ended up having them put built in shelves in the study and change some cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen along with other cosmetic things. During this process, Phil was on site every day to oversee what we were having done and making sure it all was to our liking. What we appreciated most was the communication. If we had questions or needed anything, Phil would respond almost immediately if not within the hour. Even though everything didn’t go smoothly (study doors were delayed), Phil kept us up to date all along the way. We always knew where things stood in the process. Also, once we moved in, Travis and Phil told us to give it a few weeks to get settled and then have them come out to make any touch ups that might be needed. They wanted us to look around and take note of items that may not be “perfect” and they would come out and take care of them. Well, they stood by their word. They even touched up paint that the movers messed up upon moving our furniture in! Not only that, but just prior to our one year anniversary of owning our home, Travis reminded us to go through the house to see if there was anything that needed to be looked at or fixed or touched up. He hunted us down to make sure we were pleased and all was well. We had almost forgotten we were coming up on a year. Travis didn’t. He reminded us! I highly recommend WillowTree as your home builder. They stand by their work and build a solid home. Their communication and customer service is top notch. We have lived in our home now for two years. Travis and Phil still check in from time to time to make sure all is well. They truly stand by their work and are still accessible to this day. So impressive! Thank you Travis and Phil for making this a wonderful experience working with you and for building our dream home!
