Blake Maserang brings a strong foundation in both business and construction to the jobsite each day. Born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Blake is proud to contribute to building exceptional homes across the state he’s always called home.

A graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, Blake holds a degree in Marketing and Management, which he leverages to lead projects with efficiency, clear communication, and a client-focused mindset.

Blake’s career began on the trade side, gaining hands-on experience as a project manager for a drywall contractor. This background gave him valuable insight into the work and challenges of skilled tradespeople, allowing him to effectively coordinate teams and maintain high standards on every build. Now on the builder side, Blake plays a key role in managing construction timelines, maintaining jobsite quality, and ensuring that every custom home reflects the craftsmanship WillowTree is known for.
