Travis Franks is the Co-founder and CEO of WillowTree Custom Homes, a Southlake-based company focused on the design and construction of high-quality custom homes. Being a veteran in the construction world, Travis has vast knowledge covering home construction, construction management, residential land sales, and development. He is passionate about striving to implement new and innovative techniques to ensure every home built by WillowTree Custom Homes is on time and close to budget to create a seamless and exciting experience for his clients.
Travis grew up in Keller, Texas, and holds a Kinesiology degree with a minor in construction management from the University of North Texas. Growing up Travis was passionate about many things including being with his family, sports, and his faith. During summers he would help his father at construction sites doing odd jobs while unknowingly gaining a passion for construction. Travis’ other current interests include being with friends, golf, football, hunting, and lake life.
Travis currently lives in Southlake, Texas, and is a Husband to his wife Kim and a dedicated father to his two children. His son Riley is a junior at Carroll Senior High School and his daughter Addison is a 7th grader at Carroll Middle School. He is proud to have his children be third-generation students within Carroll ISD and for his family to be members of Whites Chapel Methodist Church.
